We want you to be completely delighted with your handcrafted book or stationery purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds beyond this timeframe.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required—please include this with your return.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

Personalised items, such as those embossed with initials or names.

Custom orders made to your specifications.
Exception: If a personalised or custom item is faulty, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
About Natural Materials
Many of our products use natural leather, which may feature slight variations in tone or small imperfections. These are not considered faults—they're part of the charm and character of genuine leather. We carefully avoid large blemishes and ensure each piece meets our high standards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:

Your refund will be processed within 7 days.

A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

Check with your credit card provider – It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Contact your bank – There is often a processing time before a refund is fully posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items if they are:

Defective or damaged, or
-
Unpersonalised, unused, and in their original condition.
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different design, please email us at enquiries@sblibris.com.au first to confirm availability.

Shipping Your Return
To return your item by mail, please post it to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
