SB Libris, known as 'Libris', was established as a boutique bindery in 2004. Such a unique business required a building of suitable character, so the workshop came to fruition inside a classic, Victorian building. Perfectly located in the Arts Precinct of Bendigo, Australia, Libris is nestled amongst galleries, theatres, cafes and other boutique businesses.

WORKSHOPS
Learn the ancient craft of bookbinding in a one day, hands-on workshop in the heart of Bendigo’ s Arts Precinct. Under the guidance of an experienced bookbinder learn the skills required to create a traditional hand sewn, hard cover binding or a book housing using a range of materials and tools of the trade.
PERSONALISATION
Make your book truly one-of-a-kind with our bespoke personalisation service. All of our leather-bound books can be stamped with initials, names, dates, or titles - a beautiful way to commemorate a special occasion or create a meaningful gift.

Bound in soft, full-grain leather with a natural wrap around tie, each journal features a stitched leather pocket in the back that holds a removable book block. Once you've filled the pages, simply slide in a fresh insert to keep writing.
Inside, you'll find our SB Libris refill — section-sewn with cream pages and covered in our signature decorative paper, printed with vintage tools and finished with a bookplate inside the front. Choose from lined, unlined or dot grid (small size only).
