At SB Libris we ship all orders via Australia Post. Shipping costs vary depending on the products purchased and the destination.

DISPATCH TIMES

In-stock Items
Orders for in-stock items are packaged and dispatched within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Custom-made Items
Handcrafted/custom-made products are typically ready to dispatch within 7 business days.
If delays occur, we will contact you promptly to confirm an updated timeline.

SHIPPING CATEGORIES

We ship products in two categories:

1. Standard Items

Lightweight products such as small journals, stationery, tools, kit refills and most retail items.
These ship at standard parcel rates.

2. Heavy Items

These require larger packaging or exceed 1.5kg.
Includes:

Beginner’s Bookbinding Kit
Large tools
Orders with multiple items exceeding 1.5kg

Standard Items

Flat rates apply based on weight (typically $9.95–$14.95)
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $250

Heavy Items

Flat rate $16.95
Heavy items do not automatically qualify for free shipping
Free shipping over $250 applies only when practical based on weight

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express Post is available on all orders via carrier-calculated rates.
Rates are displayed at checkout and depend on your location, parcel size, and weight.

Most Express Post parcels arrive within 1–2 business days from dispatch; however, please allow up to 4 business days depending on your location and service conditions.

You can check whether your postcode is part of the Australia Post next-business-day network before selecting Express.

FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD ($250+)

Applies Australia-wide to Standard Items
Applies to Heavy Items on the East Coast only, and only when practical based on weight
